On April 15th and 16th, 2009, at the behest of the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the Urban Land Institute convened a Technical Assistance Panel to study the Downtown core of North Miami and develop an Economic Development Strategy for the area. The North Miami CRA goes Green! Effective September 2008, the City of North Miami and the North Miami CRA will be closed on Fridays. In an effort to conserve energy, provide for greater access to local government, operate more efficiently and ultimately save money in operational costs, our new hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. |
Annual Activity Reports and Independent Audited Financial Statements are available for download
Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide to its governing body by March 31 of each year, an annual report on its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes also requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide an annual audit report to its governing body for inclusion in the governing body's annual audit for the preceding fiscal year. Copies of these reports are provided to each contributing taxing authority. This report and the attached audited financial statements is submitted in fulfillment of that requirement and to provide information to the public.
