The City of North Miami has a new Market Analysis Tool

North Miami's new market analysis tool uses 2010 US Census data and American Community Survey data to provide demographic market analysis for the market area of any address in North Miami. You can select your market area based on a number of drive times or distances. Click here to try it out. |
New Interactive Map of the CRA Commercial Façade Program

The North Miami CRA has approved 54 commercial façade grant projects throughout the CRA District. So far the North Miami CRA has awarded a total of $1,749,017 to business and property owners through the Commercial Grant / Business Assistance Program. Property Search / Zoning Look-Up Website Back Online! |

After a 4 month hiatus, the property zoning look-up application is back up and running, now hosted from the North Miami CRA website. You may notice that the look, feel, and functionality of the tool has changed a little bit, that is because it has been remade with new technology. Nevertheless you can still search for any address in the City and learn about it's zoning designation and some of the associated development regulations.
The tool also gives information on whether or not properties are located in the CRA, Enterprise Zone, and other useful facts. Try it Out! |

Introducing the North Miami Business Assistance Program! |
Applications are no longer being accepted for this program for Fiscal Year 2011-2012
The North Miami CRA and the City of North Miami are partnering together to bring you a new business assistance program. This means that applicants will be acepted from anywhere in the city, not just the CRA. Whether you are an existing business in the City of North Miami, or a new business moving into the City of North Miami you may be eligible for grant assistance.
Three types of grants are available: Business Attraction: Up to $10,000 for interior build-out for specific eligible businesses moving into the City.

On April 15th and 16th, 2009, at the behest of the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the Urban Land Institute convened a Technical Assistance Panel to study the Downtown core of North Miami and develop an Economic Development Strategy for the area. The final report of the ULI Technical Assistance Panel is available for download here. |
