New Property Search Zoning Look-up Website Available Now! |

As part of the City of North Miami's Comprehensive Rezoning, the North Miami CRA, in partnership with the City of North Miami, has developed a new property information web application. With this interactive map, you can search for any address in the City and learn about it's zoning designation and some of the associated development regulations. The tool also gives information on whether or not properties are located in the CRA, Enterprise Zone, and other useful facts.

On April 15th and 16th, 2009, at the behest of the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the Urban Land Institute convened a Technical Assistance Panel to study the Downtown core of North Miami and develop an Economic Development Strategy for the area. Annual Activity Reports and Independent Audited Financial Statements are available for download
Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide to its governing body by March 31 of each year, an annual report on its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes also requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide an annual audit report to its governing body for inclusion in the governing body's annual audit for the preceding fiscal year. Copies of these reports are provided to each contributing taxing authority. This report and the attached audited financial statements is submitted in fulfillment of that requirement and to provide information to the public.
