Prior to recieving homebuyer subsidy assistance from the North Miami CRA, Eulid Guerrier and Rosemare Guerrier underwent a home buyer training course with the Nanay Housing Resource Center. They can be seen here reading through their closing documents on the day of the closing (July 8th, 2008)
