On 6/9/09 Heathor Liburd and James Halliday closed on their first home with assistance from Miami Dade County in the form of a $60,000 secondary mortgage and the North Miami CRA in the form of a $50,000 third mortgage. A couple of weeks after the closing on their home, the Liburd and Halliday family attended the CRA Board Meeting on 6/23/09.
