On 9/11/09 Ms. Huguette Barthelemy became the 7th home buyer to be assisted by the North Miami CRA as part of the first time home buyer subsidy program. She closed on the purchase of her home at 14135 NW 5th Court at the price of $159,000. The purchase was funded by a first mortgage loan from Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust in the amount of $58,000, a second mortgage from Miami-Dade County in the amount of $50,000, and a third mortgage in the amount of $50,000 from the North Miami CRA.
